MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’ degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or related field.
  2. Five (5) or more years’ experience as a process analyst responsible for developing and improving increasingly complex processes.
  3. Demonstrated process improvement and business solution skills and experience.
  4. Ability to quickly learn new concepts, workflows, processes, programs and products.
  5. Flexibility, intellectual curiosity, assertiveness and approachability.
  6. Demonstrated success working in a matrixed organization and partnering with teams across IT and the business to facilitate and work collaboratively with teams to reach sound decisions; Ability to execute given assignments in a self-directed manner, takes ownership.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills (including verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills) with the ability to communicate and partner effectively at all levels within the organization, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  8. Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Demonstrated project management and implementation skills including risk management and operational readiness.
  10. Demonstrated change management skills – managing growth and transition from current to future state.
  11. Strong analytical and leadership skills.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Familiarity with Freight and LTL Industry best practices, particularly within system capabilities.
  2. Five (5) or more years’ experience in Pricing responsible for developing and improving increasingly complex processes, including structuring base rates or tariffs.
  3. Data-driven and fact based: focused on sourcing the best solutions for the Pricing team and across the organization.
  4. Proven ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and make a contribution quickly – this is a hands-on role.
  5. Strong business savvy demonstrated influencing skills, negotiation, and organizational agility.
  6. Highly proficient with SQL, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. LEAN or Six Sigma experience a plus.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
