The Senior Process Analyst will design tools for strategic company initiatives to help identify process inconsistencies and understand performance gaps. Design data collection tools to measure performance trends against identified KPI’s and metrics. Manage improvement projects with the goals of; increased customer satisfaction, sustainable low cost, increased reliability, reduced service variability, improved quality, and return on investment. Pay variable based on experience.



  1. Create tools that extract and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of business processes.
  2. Build reports which are consumable by varying audiences that incorporate a standardized format.
  3. Identify process inconsistencies across the organization to standardize operating procedures.
  4. Meet with stakeholders to explain developed reports, and serve as the subject matter expert in answering questions about report functionality and methodology.
  5. Collaborate with manager to prioritize projects in the best interest of the organization.
  6. Partner with Senior Management, business leaders, subject matter experts, project teams and functional/non-functional partners to develop data analytic solutions.
  7. Run reports and test data for accuracy and quality

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiences or education.
  2. Two (2) years of experience in data analytics.
  3. Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
  4. Programming coursework or experience.
  5. Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated data analytics.


  1. Five (5) years of experience in data analytics.
  2. Experience working with internal clients to design and deliver root cause data analytics.
  3. Experience in data analytics as an external consultant.


This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.




The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
