Sales Analyst II (PFP Analyst)

Responsible to coordinate various projects as assigned with sales and operations to accomplish company objectives.  Work with various departments to develop process improvements, standard operation procedures, partnerships and meet sales growth objectives.



  1. Collaborate with all appropriate departments across the company to coordinate processes and communication. Coordinate tactical implementation plans to realize strategy.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to determine the optimal configuration of sales territories and account assignment.
  3. Assist sales efforts to ensure profitable revenue growth. Review analyses of activities and data to determine progression toward stated goals and objectives.  Maintain communication and coordination of efforts with general office, area management and operations to ensure coordination of efforts.
  4. Respond and process all requests for information and changes including validation of data, exception processing and complaints. Develops and distributes a variety of reports.
  5. Gather information, identify problems and resolve business related issues.
  6. Knowledgeable regarding the complexities of the different sales channels.

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Two (2) years of sales support management or related industry experience to include account development and retention strategies, new product/service offerings, employee development and quality management.
  3. Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
  4. Strong presence with the ability to interface effectively with various levels of management.



  1. Previous experience in sales distribution.




This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.




The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment    and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting,    pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
