  1. Recruiting experience, preferably in sales.
  2. Proficient sourcing and interviewing skills and techniques and the ability to research market trends in staffing.
  3. Experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process utilizing a wide variety of recruiting methods.
  4. Proficient with applicant tracking systems and current recruiting tools.
  5. Demonstrated relationship building and partnering with all levels of management and the human resources team.
  6. Strong working knowledge of interviewing techniques, HR policies and procedures and federal and state laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
  7. Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to address staffing needs.
  8. Demonstrated solid follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  9. Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment.
  10. Demonstrated planning and organizing skills.
  11. Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.



  1. Bachelor’s degree; degree in Human Resources or a closely related-field a plus.
  2. Two (2) plus years recruiting experience.
