Provide information and analysis to support marketing and sales initiatives for the YRCW companies of Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight, and HNRY Logistics.  Develop and implement programs so that each operating company can achieve their growth goals.



  1. Work with IT and other departments to develop marketing specific databases and tools so that reports for all sales management levels are in a user-friendly format for better decision making.
  2. Be the marketing lead for CRM projects across the YRCW operating companies.
  3. Analyze sales, customer, market and competitor data to solve problems and help determine business recommendations.
  4. Manage and lead gamification program to successfully deploy across all operating companies and help achieve sales goals.
  5. Implement strategic and tactical marketing plans that drive results through sales emphasis programs.
  6. Recommend new and better ways to use data to improve business decisions, contribute to marketing plans, and enhance communications to customers.
  7. Prepare graphs and other material for customer and senior management presentations.

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing or communications. MBA is a plus. 
  2. Solid analytical and math skills
  3. Specific skills, knowledge and/or abilities:
    1. Solid writing and verbal communications skills are required.
    2. Strong computer skills using a variety of programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Ambition, etc.), as well as the ability to learn new systems.
    3. Good understanding of branding standards and presentation techniques.
  4. Self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.


  1. Supply chain and/or transportation experience a plus.



This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.



The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs. of supplies and materials is required.
