MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
  2. Eight (8) years applicable engineering experience.
  3. Strong analytical, organizational, planning and communications skills required.
  4. Must possess competent negotiation and facilitation skills.
  5. Strong PC skills.
  6. Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  7. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  1. MBA
  2. Experience in areas of real estate, commercial leasing, project management or transportation preferred.
  3. Must be adept in project management and have the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS

 

This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
