JOB SUMMARY

 

Perform operational and administrative functions and gain professional experience and exposure in the field of study. This position will acquire, develop, and grow customer relationships and revenue over the phone to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Under direct supervision of a mentor, learn and develop skills in field of study.
  2. Gain exposure to the business environment.
  3. Perform basic tasks and administrative duties such as
    1. Manage new and established account development for continued revenue and profit growth.
    2. Actively pursue and qualify valued business opportunities.
    3. Maintain positive client relationships.
    4. Utilize available resources and knowledge to orchestrate solutions that increase market share and profitability.
    5. Assist in identifying new opportunities for current and new customers.
  4. Assist in report preparation and analysis.
  5. Participate on group projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade point average 2.75 or better.
  2. Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Exceptional customer service attitude and skills.
  4. Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills.
  5. Currently enrolled and pursuing degree in related field.


WORKING CONDITIONS

 

This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

 

The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
