  1. Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Business, Pre-law, Paralegal or related area, or equivalent combination of related experience and education.
  2. Three (3) years contract administration experience in the transportation or related field.
  3. Proven conflict resolution, and decision-making skills and abilities.
  4. Demonstrated ability to coordinate and resolve multiple projects.
  5. Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to make presentations to senior management and large groups.
  6. Demonstrated organization skills.
  7. Ability to coordinate and direct the efforts of multiple departments having the same or differing objectives or goals.



  1. Masters or advanced degree in related discipline.
  2. Five (5) or more years contract administration experience in motor carrier operations, logistics, sales and/or corporate structure.
  3. Experience with corporate contract review and management.
  4. Exposure to business law or transportation law.
  5. Proficiency in personal computer applications.




This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.




The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs. of supplies and materials is required.
