Senior Financial Analyst- HNRY

Accounting & Finance



Position is an integral part of the HNRY Shared Services.  Performs all support functions for the financial planning and analysis function.  Assists in preparing economic/financial research and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics. 


  1. Work with HNRY leadership and YRCW finance teams to prepare and submit financial forecasts, outlooks, and supporting schedules.
  2. Prepare financial and business deliverables to be presented to executive leadership.
  3. Lead the development of the annual budget and the preparation of quarterly goal setting.
  4. Conduct the maintenance of budgeting and reporting tools including loading monthly data, posting dashboard reports, running calculations, and managing hierarchies.
  5. Review monthly expenses to ensure proper classification/coding and report variances.
  6. Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support HNRY business decision making.
  7. Support HNRY ledership with the transformation of finance systems through research as well as create documentation and data flows.
  8. Perform financial and business-related research and analysis for special studies and as necessary.
  9. Participate in cross functional teams that build consensus among internal customers and other finance departments, and develop appropriate business case to support recommendations.

  1. Five (5) years of corporate finance or accounting experience
  2. Demonstrated problem solving, quantitative analysis and analytical abilities
  3. Advanced Excel skills
  4. Demonstrated experience with analysis and presentation
  5. Skilled at handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with high level of accuracy
  6. Highly motivated with ability to drive results and work independently
  7. Work in a team environment with changing priorities and time constraints
  8. Diligent and detail-orientated
  9. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills


  1. MBA or CFA
  2. More than Five (5) years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  3. Financial statement proficiency
  4. Knowledge of capital allocation best practices/methodologies
  5. Experience in One or More of the Following
    1. Management Consulting
    2. Investment Banking
    3. Corporate Strategy
  6. SQL database familiarity
  7. Data visualization experience



This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.




The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
