Logistics Solutions Representative

Sales & Marketing



Will be responsible for the operational support of BDR/LSM/In House Account Team’s business.



  1. Manage operations for BDR/LSM/Inhouse Account Team’s book of business:
    1. Enter loads into TMS system
    2. Set pickup and delivery appts
    3. Work with CSR team on tracking/tracing loads in transit
    4. Work with CSR team on uncovered freight for that day
    5. Work with CSR team on detention, layover, stop off or any other stand-alone charges
    6. Act as liaison between LSM and CSR
    7. Relay ongoing issues/problems to LSM
    8. Help with spot quotes or small RFPs
    9. Back up LSMs accounts when they are out of the office
    10. Help identify potential leads while setting appointments with new shippers and consignees
    11. Address potential problems with an upcoming load (ex. Transit time)

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or two (2) years’ experience in sales, customer service, logistics or related field.
  2. Effective verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills.
  4. Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel.

This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.



The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
